Cancellations, Returns & Your Rights

Your Rights Come First

Nothing in this policy takes away any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Those rights stick with you, no matter what's written here.

Here's the deal: our products come with guarantees that can't be excluded under Australian law. If something's genuinely faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're covered — we'll sort you out with a repair, replacement, or refund and we'll cover the return shipping. That's not us being generous; that's your right and we respect it.


Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

Changed your mind? No worries — you can return eligible items for a refund, as long as the product is:

  • Unused, unwashed and in its original packaging
  • Returned within our stated return window

A couple of things to keep in mind:

  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping charges aren't refundable
