You can view your balance anytime in your account dashboard. Just log in and head to "My Rewards" to see your current tier, credit balance, and progress to the next level.
2. Can I use my store credit with other discounts or promotions?

Yes. Your KoalaCash can be applied to any order, including sale items, bundles, and promotional products.
3. Can I transfer or refund my store credit?

Cashback rewards are non-transferable and non-refundable. It stays as store credit on your account and can only be used towards future purchases.
4. Do I keep my tier level forever?

Yes. Once you reach a tier, it's yours for life. Your Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum status doesn't reset or expire.
5. How do I earn cashback on my orders?

Every order automatically earns you cashback based on your tier, from 5% at Bronze up to 15% at Platinum. Just make sure you're logged into your account at checkout, and your rewards will be added within 7 days of purchase.
